The bullish charge that often accompanies the open of a new quarter fell apart this past week, producing a reversal for the Dow and other risk measures of serious scope. Ahead, the focus will turn back onto ‘traditional’ fundamental themes that are darkening significantly: growth forecasts and financial stability.
